Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are your delivery days?
We deliver every business day (Monday - Friday). Your delivery will be that afternoon or the next business day specified after you placed the order. If you order on Saturday or Sunday your order will be delivered on Monday. To recieve an order the same day, you must order before 10:00am.

2. Can I request a delivery time?
All our deliveries leave our distribution center at approximately noon. Our courier company has many deliveries to do, not all of which are ours. Unfortunately this prevents us from specifying a precise delivery time. All we can say at this stage is home deliveries are delivered between 12:00PM and 5:00PM and Office deliveries are from 12:00PM to 4:00PM.

At this stage if you will not be home there are two solutions:
(a) Have the box delivered to you office, or
(b) Fill out the special delivery instructions. In the delivery instructions you may specify, if you are not home, to have the box placed in a certain area, or you may have someone else accept it. The special delivery instrustions will only apply to that particular order.

3. I have forgotten my password.
